Sofa beds and extra beds

A supplement of CHF 20,00 to CHF 40,00 (depend on the season) will be charged per child between 0-4 years old.

A supplement of CHF 40,00 to CHF 60,00 (depend on the season) will be charged per child between 5-10 years old.

A supplement of CHF 60,00 to CHF 80,00 (depend on the seson) will be charged per child between 11-15 years old.

From 16 years old, a supplement of CHF 80,00 to CHF 100,00 (depend on the season) will be charged.

Check-in / Check-out

On your day of arrival your room / SPA / wellness is available from 3:30 pm. On your day of departure, you have until 11 am to vacate it.

Food & Drink

Since we do not have a restaurant in the hotel, we do not offer any lunch, dinner or room service.

Payment options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Postcard, EC-Direct (Maestro) or cash.

Please note that the submitted credit card will be used for the deposit and has to be presented upon check-in (owner of the credit card and the credit card has to be presented by check-in).

Pets

Pets are not permitted. Thank you.

Pick-up service

Free transfer service from/to the station, taxi stand or Heliport Zermatt on arrival and departure from 8 am to 7 pm (or by appointment).

Cancelation terms

Cancellations and changes up to 30days prior to arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations and changes made any later as well as no shows will be charged 100% with the full amount.
 

Terms of payment and deposit

A deposit of 100 % of the full amount will be due 30 days prior to arrival. The balance will be charged upon departure.
